Hayley is a leading dating and relationship expert and has worked in the romance industry for 20 years. As a wedding planner in her 20s, helping high-profile couples plan their big day, she was intrigued by the dynamics and family backgrounds of the couples. This led to her moving into the dating industry 15 years ago and she created Bowes-Lyon Partnership after recognising the gap in the market for a truly personalised service for busy and successful people.
As Managing Director of Bowes-Lyon Partnership, Hayley manages the two offices in London and Surrey and oversees the team. She has a passion for people and she personally works with our portfolio of Premium Members, who have Hayley’s’ undivided attention to steer them towards their perfect partner.
She is proud to have created numerous lasting matches and loves watching how the relationships she helps create, can enhance her members’ lives. Hayley has an enviable Little Black Book of contacts and she considers herself lucky to count many of her members as personal friends. Her favourite thing is to attend her member’s weddings; she often offers to lend her former wedding planning skills……but no-one has taken her up on that yet!
Hayley lives in the Surrey Hills and appreciates that her role gives her the best of both city and country. She lives with her partner, Lee, and they have three young children, and so she thoroughly enjoys living vicariously through her member’s exciting travel stories and adventures!

Matchmaker/Head of Collaboration
Charlotte is a matchmaker and podcast host, who spent over a decade working in the TV and radio industry as a presenter and producer. Over the last 10 years, Charlotte became aware of how much she enjoyed developing relationships with viewers and listeners. Whether it was having a conversation over the phone, or face to face within the community. Charlotte loves learning about people, their stories and what makes them tick. Charlotte has a knack for making people feel comfortable, valued and to open up, by listening and by sharing her own stories.
In the 2020 lockdown, Charlotte found herself going through a divorce and wanted to take this opportunity to make a change. This included, studying communication, creating a new podcast and deciding to change careers with a people focus.
Charlotte spoke with several matchmaking agencies to find her “match” and once speaking with Hayley, she knew that Bowes-Lyon Partnership was the agency she wanted to work for. Hayley’s genuine care and compassion for her clients came through instantly and her expertise in dating and relationships was clear to see. Since starting at Bowes-Lyon Partnership, Charlotte has discovered a career that is enjoyable and incredibly fulfilling.
Charlotte lives in Sussex with her partner and splits her time between the Sussex countryside, Brighton and London. Charlotte enjoys spending time with her favourite people, making memories and trying new things.

Matchmaker
Haley joined the Bowes-Lyon Partnership team as a matchmaker in 2023 and wasted no time in getting stuck in with all her clients, and it feels like she has been with us for years. She loves nothing more than getting to know all her clients personally, chatting to them regularly for catch-ups, and helping them find their happy ever after.
Haley has an extensive background within the hair and beauty industry, working from a young age in the business, she has found her love of people has taken her on many different journeys.
From fashion catwalks, to high-end salons, Haley has become an expert on understanding what comes from within a person, has gained a huge level of empathy and loves nothing more than helping others find happiness, which is exactly what has brought her to the wonderful role of matchmaking! She feels completely honoured and humbled to gain the trust of people, and be invited into such a huge part of their lives.
Originally from Australia, Haley is now settled in Surrey. A single mother of two children, Haley has had her own history of divorce, and after a few years on her own, is now with a long term partner, who is sadly a widow with his own 2 children. This proves for a crazy but very fulfilling second chance in life, so she knows all too well how emotional and wonderful new beginnings can be.
Haley loves the sea and the sunshine, but, in contrast, you will often find her in a wet, muddy field in the Suurey Hills, with her two German shepherds, and her children, where she is equally as happy.

PA to Director/Operations Lead
Personal Assistant to the Director, Hayley Bystram. Natalie’s main job is to make Hayley’s job/life easier by being super organised, efficient and keep things running smoothly in the background.
Natalie started off her career in recruitment and whilst she enjoyed the pace and nature of the job, she soon came to realise that she much preferred the administration side of the business. This led her to working for a property company within their administration team where Natalie worked her way up in a short space of time to being the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, helping and being heavily involved with the acquisition and launch of a new business. This provided Natalie with a wealth of experience and invaluable insight to lots of different areas including marketing, HR and business development. Since then, Natalie has qualified as a Nutrition Coach, all the while juggling family life.
As much as Natalie really enjoyed her career choices, she felt it was time to find a more fulfilling path and work for a company that she truly believes in. Working for such a lovely company, Natalie really thrives on knowing that all of the team’s hard work is helping people find love – and what’s better or more important than love?!
In her spare time, Natalie loves being with her family, going for long walks, cooking and she absolutely loves reading – she often has her nose in a book. She also enjoys running and the positive affects it has on her mental clarity.

Matchmaker
Susie has recently joined Bowes-Lyon Partnership as a matchmaker and is enjoying getting to know all the members, seeking out their compatibilities and hoping to create lots of happy-ever-afters.
She is often asked what qualifies someone to become a matchmaker, and whilst Susie has previous experience working at two of London’s leading matchmaking agencies, she would argue that it comes down to having an innate interest in, and empathy for, other people.
It also helps that Susie is endlessly fascinated by relationships; why they work, and why they don’t. She even wrote two interactive novels about finding love, where the reader gets to play matchmaker for the heroine by choosing the right – or wrong – man!
Married – luckily to the right man – Susie has two boys, a dog and a messy house, from which she regularly flees to run around the Surrey Hills. She also plays the piano – or said she could, until she was actually given one and everyone, including her, discovered she couldn’t. Ultimately, though, Susie is at her happiest sitting writing in the sunshine in her garden relishing that rare luxury in a house full of boisterous boys: peace and quiet.

Matchmaker
Tania has always had a passion for helping people and has an in-depth understanding of the need for healthy human connections and relationships. This has led her to the perfect career in Matchmaking, where she thrives on helping others find true love and happiness. Tania has had a diverse range of careers, from Estate Agency to working as a PA to the CEO of a famous Children’s Charity. She has also gained several years of experience working in Child/Adolescent Psychology, where she attained extensive training in Attachment Theory, equipping her with a thorough knowledge and understanding of how we form attachments; a very useful qualification for a job in matchmaking!
Keeping fit and healthy is an important part of Tania’s daily routine. She can usually be found at a gym class in the mornings, setting her up for a positive and productive day. When not working, Tania enjoys going for country walks with her two chihuahuas and relaxing spa days being pampered. At the weekends, Tania is a real foodie and relishes in fine dining, trying out high-end restaurants and going to bars with her friends and family.

Matchmaker
Charlotte has been in a matchmaking role with Bowes-Lyon, since she joined in early 2017, and loves meeting all the members for the first time and hearing their stories. She feels incredibly humbled to be taken into their confidence and is excited to help them get dating again and to find the fun in it, as well as a new partner. A Londoner originally, Charlotte has a degree in Hispanic Studies from Birmingham University and lived in Chile for a year. She speaks fluent Spanish, though admits it’s getting pretty rusty. Her first passion was the theatre, and after University she went to drama school in London and pursued a successful acting career before moving to the countryside and into Public Relations. Charlotte has worked in PR across a variety of sectors from Technology, Entertainment and Aerospace. In between acting roles she did a multitude of freelance work as well, including events, incentive travel, hospitality and teaching. Outside of work Charlotte is very outdoorsy and a big animal lover. She has two rescue cats, six rescue hens and has adopted two sheep. She lives in Haslemere, Surrey.

Matchmaker
Katie has recently joined us at Bowes-Lyon Partnership as a Matchmaker and couldn’t be happier to be on the journey to help her clients to find love and happiness.
With a wealth of experience in a customer-facing role delivering a high-end service to her clients, Katie has learned how to listen and understand them. Dealing with a wide range of personalities and getting to know them on a personal level, Katie is a natural people person; caring and professional but also a fun, positive person to be around.
Having been an assistant manager at a prestigious Surrey-based private members Spa and Wellness Club, Katie found that, as much as she enjoyed her time in the industry, she was ready for a change and new challenge - and what better one than to help people find love?
Her own experience in dating is one that Katie can relate to and empathise that it is a journey that comes with its ups and downs, but she is a firm believer that there is someone out there for everyone; it’s just a case of Katie helping you to find them!
Outside of work, you can find Katie either on the golf course attempting to find the pin, or out on countryside walks, drawing portraits, or simply enjoying a glass of wine with her good friends and family.
