What We Can Learn from Robin Williams
This week, like many others in the world, we were really shaken up by the death of Robin Williams. He was such a beloved actor and this planet seems a little less exciting without him. His family must be suffering horribly as well as the other people in his life who truly knew him.
We decided not to write a normal article this week, but instead remind all of our readers that life is precious and that now is the time to take action. Stop waiting for life to happen and take it by the reins instead. Go and truly live it to the fullest (whatever that means to you) by taking chances, putting yourself out there and by doing more than just working at a desk 90 hours a week.
And when it comes to love, if a relationship is part of your ideal life, keep meeting new people and putting yourself out there. Don’t let setbacks keep you from finding that special relationship you’re looking for. If you know you’re meant for an incredible romance, don’t give up.
As always, if you need a little help along the way, there are people like us at Bowes-Lyon Partnership who truly believe in love and are here to help you find it. There’s no reason not to make this happen.
Remember, you only get one shot at this thing called life so make it a good one. And as Robin Williams said, “Please don’t worry so much. Because in the end, none of us have very long on this earth. Life is fleeting. And if you’re ever distressed, cast your eyes to the summer sky when the stars are strung across the velvety night. And when a shooting star streaks through the blackness, turning night into day, make a wish and think of me. Make your life spectacular. I know I did.”
